Park Plazza is an open area shopping mall where there are 33 stores. Park Plazza has international clothing brands, grocery store, technology store, food court and playground for kids. The Park Plazza terminal building located at the intersection of the city entrance and the main border gate road in Podujeva, which is the border gate of Kosova with Serbia, it is an open concept retail park. The land is located within a 57.000 m2 forest area. Although 15.000 m2 GLA buildings are converted into an Open Retail Park, the project is in function from 25 November 2021.

In the Open Shopping Mall with a capacity of 600 vehicles, the common area walking points are covered with a protected ceiling and the visitors will be minimally aˆected by the summer and winter climate. Retail Park location is very strategic. It is 1 km from the city center by walking. It is 5 km from the Merdare border gate. International brands such as NewYorker, Intersport, A&M Mega Store, N-Sport, Sarajeva Steak House, Missini, and many others has taken their place in our project.
